Hilary R. Zalman, Esq.

Hilary R. Zalman is the Managing Partner of Zalman Law, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida, where she brings nearly two decades of litigation experience to her practice. A member of The Florida Bar since 2006, Hilary focuses her practice entirely on commercial litigation, landlord-tenant matters, and evictions, representing commercial landlords and property managers throughout South Florida.

In addition to her private practice, Hilary serves as a Code Enforcement Magistrate for the City of Boynton Beach, where she presides over municipal code enforcement hearings.

Hilary built the foundation of her litigation career in Los Angeles. Through the Susan Poehls Program, she earned certification from the State Bar of California and litigated cases under the supervision of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in Inglewood. Alongside her early legal career, she immersed herself in the entertainment industry—working at Focus Features at Universal Studios and becoming a member of the Screen Actors Guild. This dual background in high-stakes litigation and the fast-paced entertainment sector gives her a unique, commanding presence in the courtroom.

Hilary earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Prior to law school, she graduated cum laude from the University of Miami, holding a dual degree from the Schools of Arts and Sciences and Communications, with a focus on creative writing and the business of motion pictures.
